55thMARION AND AVRUM BLOODSTONE of North Massapequa were married on March 20, 1955, in Newburgh. They celebrated at a dinner with family. They enjoy going to the movies and spending time with family. They have four children and five grandchildren.
RITA AND JOHN DEVITA of Port Washington celebrated Nov. 8 with family and friends at a surprise party given by their son and daughter-in-law at Lily Flanagan's in Babylon. John is retired from the printing business; Rita is retired as a bookkeeper from her son's business, Empire Point Marina in Island Park. They have one son and four grandchildren.
ANITA AND HERBERT AHRENS of Smithtown and the Adirondacks, celebrated on Jan. 16 with a family cruise to the Bahamas. Anita and Herbert work at Keil Brothers Garden Center in Bayside. They have three children and eight grandchildren.
JOSEPHINE AND CHRIS RALLIS of South Setauket were married Feb. 27, 1960. They celebrated with a dinner party at Restaurant Blue in Blue Point hosted by their two youngest children and March 20 at the Majestic Gardens in Rocky Point. A trip to Greece and Italy is planned. Chris is a retired loan accounts executive from JPMorgan Chase in Melville. Josephine is a retired loss prevention supervisor from Abraham & Strauss in Lake Grove. They have four children, two grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
EILEEN AND GEORGE EHRLINGER of Islip Terrace were married Nov. 9, 1969, in Honolulu. They celebrated with a trip to Las Vegas. George is a director with a pharmaceutical manufacturer. Eileen is a homemaker. They have four children and five grandchildren, with another grandchild on the way.
KAREN AND ARTIE SAUTER of Long Beach were married March 23, 1975, at the Woodbury Country Club. Karen is an elementary school principal in Long Beach. Artie is a self-employed businessman. They enjoy skiing and boating and have two children and two grandchildren.
