65thMARY AND PAT MORGILLO, residents of Plainview for nearly 60 years, were wed June 15, 1947. They have been members of St. Pius X Catholic Parish since 1953 and are involved in various senior clubs and activities. Mary has devoted many years to the St. Vincent de Paul Society and the Rosary Society. Through Pat's career in electronics, he visited the Orient more than 70 times and now appreciates his uninterrupted time at home where he and Mary enjoy going to the movies. At 87, Pat still bowls in two leagues. They have four children and two grandchildren. A family celebration is planned for September.

65thANNETTE AND MEYER

LIPSHITZ, now residents of Atria Lynbrook, were wed June 29, 1947. They celebrated with family. They have shared many wonderful years together. Annette is a retired professor from Nassau Community College, and Meyer is a retired music engraver and also worked at Sam Ash as a manager. They love to spend time with their family, which includes their three daughters, 12 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

65thMARGARET AND MICHAEL SNOCK of East Islip were wed July 5, 1947. Margaret was a homemaker and worked for Gimbels for 20 years. Michael served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and worked for Bulova Watch Co. for 45 years. They have three daughters, three granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.

50thBARBARA AND DICK KLEIN of Malverne were wed April 1, 1962. They celebrated with a family dinner and a vacation in St. Maarten. Dick is a retired partner in a CPA firm, and Barbara is a retired administrative assistant to a financial planner. They have two sons and four grandchildren.

40thMARILYN AND EDWARD THABET of North Merrick celebrated on June 24. Edward is a retired government employee, and Marilyn works in early child care. They enjoy reading, traveling, gardening and most of all their family, which includes three children and four grandchildren.
