65thANNETTE AND GEORGE

FISHER of Long Beach were wed June 22, 1947, after they graduated from Brooklyn College. They celebrated with family and friends. Annette was a teacher at Valley Stream North High School and George is a retired president of a real estate management firm in Manhattan. George, who was wounded in the Battle of the Bulge in World War II, is active in veteran affairs. They have two children and three grandchildren.

65thRONNIE AND EDWARD

TINSDALE of Manorville, formerly of West Babylon, were wed June 1, 1947, in St. Brigid's Church in Ridgewood. They celebrated with dinner at Danfords in Port Jefferson followed by a party at the home of their son. Ed served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He retired from the New York Telephone Co. in 1983. The couple spent many vacations with friends and family at Woodloch Pines resort in Hawley, Pa. They have two children and five grandchildren.

60thSUSAN AND RONALD ROSS, residents of Woodmere for 50 years, were married June 6, 1952, at Central Synagogue in Rockville Centre where Susan was consecrated and confirmed. They met the previous year at Rye Playland. Ron served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He has had a career in the textile industry for more than 60 years and still works with his daughter and son-in-law in the family business he started in 1971. Ron was deputy mayor and treasurer of the Village of Hewlett Bay Park for many years. Susan is a graduate of Adelphi. They have three children and four grandchildren.

50thMARILYN AND KEN ZAUN of Wantagh were married June 10, 1962. They celebrated with relatives and friends at their son's home in Connecticut. They met on a winter weekend at Eastover resort in Massachusetts. Marilyn is a secretary in the Levittown School District and Ken is a retired telephone worker. They have three children and seven grandchildren.

30thCATHERINE AND MARC SCHUSTER of Garden City South were wed June 13, 1982. They plan to celebrate with a trip later this year. Catherine works for GC Alarm in Garden City and Marc works in sales for Barnwell House of Tires in Mineola.
