Commack
The passenger window of an Audi parked in the TJ Maxx parking lot on Jericho Turnpike was broken Feb. 8. An EZPass and global positioning system unit was stolen.
A Commack man, 39, was arrested Feb. 9 at the Target store on Henry Street and charged with petit larceny for shoplifting toiletries and silverware.
A vehicle parked in the Friendly's Restaurant parking lot on East Jericho Turnpike was broken into Feb. 8. A GPS unit was stolen.
Dix Hills
A rear window was broken Feb. 8 on a 2001 Nissan Altima while parked at the Otsego Elementary School on Otsego Avenue.
A window was broken Feb. 8 on a 2009 Honda Pilot on Commack Road.
Hauppauge
A power washer was discovered stolen Feb. 8 from the rear lot of a business on Wireless Boulevard.
Huntington
A Huntington man, 23, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with grand larceny. He is accused of stealing a pocketbook containing credit cards at Huntington's One Stop on High Street earlier and using one of the credit cards at a gas station.
Huntington Station
Vodka was stolen Feb. 9 from West Hills Wine and Liquor on New York Avenue.
A GPS unit was stolen Feb. 7 from a vehicle parked at Walt Whitman Mall.
Damage to a lock on a storage container at Donato Construction on Oakwood Road was discovered Feb. 7. Nothing was reported stolen.
Lake Ronkonkoma
A woman stole coffee Feb. 8 from Stop & Shop on Portion Road.
St. James
On Feb. 8, $46 worth of gas was stolen from the Sunoco gas station on Jericho Turnpike.
