Appointed Yvonne Lieffrig as freedom of information officer for the Town of Smithtown, term commencing Jan. 1 through Dec.
31, 2011.
Appointed Anthony A. Minerva as town comptroller for the Town of Smithtown, term commencing Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2011.
Appointed Vincent Puleo as registrar of vital statistics and Maureen Sussillo as deputy registrar of vital statistics for Districts 5157, 5138, 5141 and 5146 for the Town of Smithtown, term commencing on Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2013; and appointed Puleo as records management officer for the Town of Smithtown term commencing Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2013.
Appointed Armand DeRose, A. Lawrence Liquori, Eberhard Mueller, Stephen Weber and Brian Clancy as members of the conservation advisory board, term effective Jan. 1, through Dec. 31, 2011; and appointed DeRose as chairman and Liquori as vice chairman of, effective Jan. 1, 2010 through Dec. 31, 2011.
Appointed Judith Fleming, Wells B.
