At its Nov. 10 meeting, the town board:
After due study and deliberation, issued a SEQRA negative declaration, determination of nonsignificance (EIS not necessary), in the matter of the town board's motion to accept the transfer of SCTM # 0800-52-3-2 (Brangle Brink Road) from Suffolk County, for the reasons stated in a memorandum from Howard Barton III, assistant environmental protection director, dated Oct. 29.
After due study and deliberation, issued a SEQRA negative declaration, determination of nonsignificance (EIS not necessary), in the matter of the application for site-plan approval by Sol Niego for Contract Pharmacal Corp. addition (09-14), for the reasons stated in a memorandum from Barton dated Oct. 27.
After due study and deliberation, issued a SEQRA negative declaration, determination of nonsignificance (EIS not necessary), in the matter of the application for site-plan approval by Hess Corp. for the reasons stated in a memorandum from Barton dated Oct. 28.
