ACTIONS
At its Dec. 1 meeting, the town board:
Authorized the establishment of a petty cash fund in the amount of $100 in the Highway Department.
Authorized the Superintendent of Highways to enter into agreements with local fire, water and school districts and villages to perform maintenance work, snow removal and supply materials on an actual cost basis, during 2010, with funds received in accordance with the provisions of New York State Highway Law 142-B, 142-C and 142-D, with agreements to be on forms approved by the town
attorney.
Resolved that performance bond SU3395510 in the amount of $616,897 and a $3,000 cash deposit (planning receipt 027597) posted for the subdivision known as Tiffany Park, 981, is declared in default, and that the town attorney is authorized to begin litigation on the bond, pursuant to the recommendation of the engineering department.
Authorized the comptroller to decrease account code A. 5710.0419 (fuel) in the amount of $10,000; and increase account code A. 9950.0950 (transfer to capital) in the amount of $10,000; and increase account code H05.1421.0347.00000020
(PS. CP07, security cameras) in the amount of $10,000, transaction necessary to cover Department of Public Safety's ongoing projects for communications and surveillance equipment that cannot be completed by the end of the year.
Authorized the comptroller to transfer $5,000 from Department of Parks, Buildings and Grounds account code A. 7110.0110 (personnel salaries) into account code A. 7110.0415 (marine supplies)
in the amount of $5,000, transfer necessary to replenish funding for marina supplies and repairs.
