ACTIONS
At its Dec. 1 meeting, the town board:
Authorized the comptroller to transfer $6,000 from account code A. 1316.0474 (computer contracts) into account code A. 1316.0290 (computer equipment), transfer necessary to cover purchase of computer equipment for the building department file server for townwide GIS system.
Authorized the comptroller to transfer $300 from Personnel Department account code A. 1223.0451 (motor vehicle
maintenance) into account code A. 1223.0446 (uniform allowance), transfer necessary to purchase uniforms in the Office of Handicapped Services.
Authorized the comptroller to transfer $1,200 from account code A. 1355.0453 (maintenance
contracts) into account code A. 1355.0290 (computer equipment), transfer necessary to replace outdated computers in the
assessor's office.
Authorized the comptroller to transfer $1,600 from account code A. 3510.0130 (overtime salary) and transfer $300 into account code A. 3510.0420 (cell phones) and $1,300 into account code A. 3510.0444 (professional services), transactions necessary to pay additional cremation fees due to an unexpected increase in road pickups and a change in cell-phone plan to include more minutes in the animal shelter.
Authorized the comptroller to transfer $6,987 from account code T13.0000.0037 (planning board tree and sidewalk); and increase revenue account code H05.0000.2775 (release of funds) in the amount of $6,987; and increase expenditure account code H05.8510.0393.00000046 (CP 07 Suffolk County Phase VI Revitalization) $6987, transactions necessary to pay for the overrun cost of the sidewalk plan.
