Authorized the town clerk to advertise for a public hearing to be held at Town Hall, 99 W. Main St., Smithtown, on March 2 at 2 p.m. to consider a change to Chapter 112-10 of the Code of the Town of Smithtown titled "Building permit required; application and consider a change to Chapter 112-15 entitled Stop work; penalty."

Awarded bid 09-101: Classes 1-25 for Street Lighting to Kelly & Hayes Electric Supply, City Energy, Avon Electric and Formed Plastic as per summary of award, bid opening Dec. 10.
