ACTIONS

At its May 4 meeting, the town board:

Authorized the acceptance of a donation of $100 (animal shelter) from Joseph and Rosalie Scariza.

Authorized escrow in the amount of $2,000 (planning receipt 036833) to Hampton Inn, 640 Johnson Ave., Suite 5, Bohemia, 11716 posted to guarantee on-site improvements as per Board of Site Plan Review approval re: Commack Hampton Inn, on the north side of Long Island Expressway, 150 feet east of Commack Road, Commack.

Authorized the comptroller to increase account H05.0000.2705 (donations) in the amount of $4,000, and increase account H05.7110.0568.00000092 (CP09 Russ Savitt, business district) in the amount of $4,000 (parks).

Authorized the comptroller to increase account A.0000.2708 (gifts and donations, animal shelter) in the amount of $100, and increase account A.3510.0485 (veterinary expenses) in the amount of $100 (animal shelter).

Authorized the comptroller to transfer from account A.1620.0419 (fuel) in the amount of $5000, and transfer to account A.7521.0426 (heat) in the amount of $5000 (parks).

Authorized the comptroller to transfer from account B.8188.0419 (fuel) the amount of $297, and transfer to account B.8188.0130 (overtime salary) the amount of $297 (parks).

Authorized the comptroller to transfer from account A.1440.0494 (special programs) the amount of $6,840, and transfer to account A.1440.0491 (survey services) the amount of $6,840 (engineering.)

Authorized seasonal appointments/reappointments to various positions at the Municipal Services Facility, pay not to exceed $5,000 per year, effective May 5.
