At its June 24 meeting, the town board:

Authorized the rejection of all bids received in connection with bid 10-039 for conveyor belt MSF as per bids opened on June 10.

Authorized the town clerk to advertise for bid 10-044 - installation of LED street lighting - to be returned to Town Hall, 99 W. Main St., P.O. Box 646, Smithtown, 11787, at 11 a.m. on July 15.

Authorized the town clerk to advertise for bid 10-045 - solar photovoltaic system at MSF (phase II, 20-kilowatt expansion) - to be returned to Town Hall, 99 W. Main St., P.O. Box 646, Smithtown, 11787, at 11 a.m. July 22.

Authorized the town clerk to advertise for bid 10-048 - cutaway work van - to be returned to Town Hall, 99 W. Main St., P.O. Box 646, Smithtown, 11787, at 11 a.m. July 15.

Authorized the town clerk to advertise for bid 10-050 - conveyor belt - to be returned to Town Hall, 99 W. Main St., P.O. Box 646, Smithtown, 11787, at 11 a.m. July 15.

Awarded bid 10-035 - for LED street lighting material - to Best L.E.D. Group, as per bids opened May 20.

Awarded bid 10-040 - to furnish and install chain link fence at Gaynor Park - to Perimeter Barrier Systems, Inc., as per bids opened June 10.

Authorized the town clerk to advertise for request for proposal 10-049 - administrative services for the operation of the Town's Section 8 rental assistance program, to be returned to the Town of Smithtown Purchasing Department, 65 Maple Ave., Smithtown, 11787, until 4 p.m. July 22.

Authorized the filing of the minutes of April 6, 8 and 22.
