At its April 6 meeting,

the town board:

Awarded bid 10-015, for tree stump removal, to Reliable Tree Service, Inc., as per bids opened on March 18.

Awarded RFQ 10-020, for the sale of recycled newspaper and cardboard, to Jet Paper Stock Corp., as per quotations received March 15, and authorized the supervisor to sign an agreement on a form approved by the town attorney.

Issued a SEQRA negative declaration, determination of nonsignificance (EIS not necessary), for marine law permit application CBML 2008-2 by Hawkins Webb Jaeger on behalf of Arthur Krantz, dated March 26.

Issued a SEQRA negative declaration, determination of nonsignificance (EIS not necessary), for site-plan approval by Holy Cross PNCC for Polish National Church, dated March 26.

Issued a SEQRA negative declaration, determination of nonsignificance (EIS not necessary), for site-plan approval by 555 North Country, LLC, for Energy Fitness, dated March 30.

Authorized Fire Marshal Nicholas Kefalos of the Department of Public Safety to attend the New York State Academy of Fire Science Fire Sprinkler Systems Workshop May 15-16 at a cost of $96 to the town, and further authorized the use of a town vehicle.

Authorized the town clerk to issue a Parade/Run/Walk permit to Act 4 Hope for its 5K/10K Run and 2 Mile Walk, and to notify the proper authorities.
