At its May 20 meeting, the town board:

Authorized the town clerk to advertise for Bid # 10-036, Janitorial Supplies, to be returned to Town Hall, 99 W. Main St., P.O. Box 646, Smithtown, 11787, at 11 a.m. on June 10, 2010.

Authorized the town clerk to advertise for Bid # 10-039, Conveyor Belt, to be returned to Town Hall, 99 W. Main St., P.O. Box 646, Smithtown, 11787, at 11 a.m. on June 10, 2010.

Authorized the town clerk to advertise for Bid # 10-040, Furnish and Install Chain Link Fence, to be returned to Town Hall, 99 W. Main St., P.O. Box 646, Smithtown, 11787, at 11 a.m. on June 10.

Authorized the town clerk to advertise for Bid # 10-042, Conversion of HVAC Equipment to Natural Gas, to be returned to Town Hall, 99 W. Main St., P.O. Box 646, Smithtown, 11787, at 11 a.m. on June 17.

Awarded Bid # 10-028, for Portland Cement Powder, to Seville Central Mix Corp., as per bids opened on April 22, 2010.

Awarded Bid # 10-030, for Fence at Smithtown Landing, to Huntington Fence, as per bids opened on April 22.

Awarded Bid # 10-027, for Harrison Pond Park Reconstruction, to H & A Landscape of Long Island, LLC, as per bids opened on May 6, 2010, and authorized the supervisor to sign an agreement on a form approved by the town attorney.

After due study and deliberation of the subject record, issued a SEQRA Negative Declaration, determination of non-significance (EIS not necessary), for Site plan approval by REP A10 LLC, for Scott Lawn Service (10-03), for reasons stated in memorandum dated May 12.
