PICARELLI of Bay Shore met on a Coney Island beach and were wed May 26, 1946, at St. Catherine of Alexandria Church in Brooklyn, shortly after Claude's return from World War II. In 1956, Claude, a master craftsman, built a home on Long Island for their family, which now includes three children, four grandchildren and two daughters-in-law.

60thMARION AND JACK HASHIM of Deer Park were wed May 3, 1952. They celebrated with family and friends at Orlando's Restaurant in Commack. Jack served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Korea. He retired from FedEx at Kennedy Airport. They have four children, 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

50thNOREEN AND PETER DI MENTO of Islip were wed May 26, 1962, at St. Patrick's Parish in Bay Shore. A Hawaiian cruise with friends is planned. Peter, originally from Winthrop, Mass., is a retired administrator of the Brentwood school district. Noreen is a retired business teacher from Hauppauge school district. They are both actively involved in The Seatuck Environmental Association. They have four sons and 14 grandchildren.

50thMARIANNA AND RICH

DOMENICHELLO of Hauppauge were wed May 28, 1962. They celebrated with a family dinner at Ciro's Restaurant in Hauppauge followed by a celebration at their home. The couple were teenage sweethearts from Plainview and Syosset. Richard owns and manages an environmental business. Marianna is a full-time grandmother. They have four children and 10 grandchildren.

30thLISA AND LOU BELL of Farmingdale were wed May 16, 1982. They met at SUNY Farmingdale in 1980 and knew after six weeks they would get married. A cruise to Bermuda is planned. Lou is retired. Lisa works part time. They enjoy bowling, skiing and taking long walks together. They have three children.
