MARY AND CARMINE LABARCA of Ridge, formerly of Hicksville, were married April 28, 1940, in Manhattan. They plan to renew their vows at St. Ignatius Church in Hicksville on May 24 followed by a brunch with their four children, their spouses, 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

MARY AND DOMINICK GIOVANNIELLO of St. James were married April 28, 1940. They celebrated with a family dinner at a local restaurant. Dominick has been honorary mayor of his community for many years. They have two sons, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
60th
ANNE AND CRISPIN BOTTARI of Selden were married April 22, 1950. They celebrated with a family dinner. They lived in Jamaica, where they raised their five daughters, then moved to Selden in 1988. Crispin is retired from the Social Security Administration. He is a World War II veteran of the Army Corps of Engineers. They have 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
60th
FLORENCE AND CONRAD MCCARTHY of Massapequa were married April 9, 1950, in Brooklyn. They lived in Freeport and moved to Massapequa in 1956. A celebration is planned later this year. Conrad retired from Northrop-Grumman in 1996. Florence was employed by the Sacred Heart Church in North Merrick and retired in 1996. Conrad is a lifetime member of the North Massapequa volunteer fire department. They have four children, 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

REGINA ("CHICKIE") AND DANIEL HORGAN of Centereach were married April 16, 1955, at St. Boniface Church in Elmont. They grew up in Cambria Heights. Dan is a retired truck driver, and Chickie is a retired telephone operator. They have four children and six grandchildren.
50th
MARYANN AND TONY PIAZZA of Lake Grove were married Oct. 3, 1959. They celebrated with a brunch at Lombardi's on the Sound in Port Jefferson. They went to Aruba, and a European cruise is planned. Tony is retired from the carpenter's union after 50 years. MaryAnn is working part-time as a bookkeeper at Smithtown Christian School. They have two children and three granddaughters.
