ANGELA AND THOMAS MCLAUGHLIN of Leisure Village in Ridge, formerly of Ozone Park, Queens, were wed May 24, 1941. They celebrated with a family dinner. Tom retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 38 years. Angela is a homemaker. They enjoy opera, golf, gardening and travel. They have five children, 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

ADELINE AND JOSEPH PALUMBO of Holbrook were wed May 27, 1951. A trip is planned. Adeline retired from Bank of New York in Manhattan. Joseph retired from General Electric in Melville. They have two children, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

DOLORES AND HOWARD SPEGMAN of Hauppauge were wed May 20, 1951. They renewed their vows at St. Thomas More Church in Hauppauge. The celebration continued with a dinner party at Morton's Steakhouse in Great Neck. The couple were sweethearts at Queens College and married after graduation. Dolores is a retired elementary teacher from the Hauppauge school district. Howard retired from Grumman in Bethpage as a procurement manager. They have three children and nine grandchildren.

JEAN AND BILL KELLY, residents of Bethpage for 41 years, were wed May 13, 1951. They celebrated at a dinner with their children. Bill retired as a vice president with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. after 42 years. Jean worked for Chemical Bank for 18 years. Retired since 1989, they enjoy traveling and spending winters in Florida. They have six children, 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

MARION AND RON WHALEY of Huntington were wed May 12, 1956. They celebrated with a trip to Puerto Rico. Marion is a secretary at North Shore Medical Group in Huntington. Ron is a retired sales manager at an aircraft parts distribution company. They have two children and four grandchildren.

50th

PATRICIA AND FRED BRUMM of Northport were wed May 14, 1960. They renewed their vows at St. Philip Neri in Northport and celebrated with family and friends at the Northport Yacht Club. Fred is retired from the Federal Aviation Administration. Patricia is a retired registered nurse at Huntington Hospital. They have five children and nine grandchildren.
