HELEN AND WALTER (ANDY) GEHRIG of Bay Shore celebrated June 9 with family and friends. Walter is a retired tractor-trailer driver. Helen worked for Pfizer pharmaceuticals in Brooklyn. They have one daughter, two granddaughters and five great-grandchildren.

CAROL AND TOM BRIELMEIER of Lindenhurst, formerly of Seaford, celebrated May 21 with a dinner at Goccia D'Oro in Lindenhurst hosted by their children. A trip to Aruba followed. Tom is a retired steamfitter of Local 638. He is the grand knight of the Knights of Columbus in West Babylon. They have five children and 16 grandchildren.

THEA AND LEN CHIMIENTI of St. James celebrated May 8 with a Mediterranean cruise. They grew up in Queens. Len is a retired engineer from Brookhaven National Laboratory. Thea is a retired registered nurse. They have three children and five grandchildren. They enjoy traveling and reading.

JEANNETTE AND MICHAEL LONG of Ridge, formerly of Bayport, were married June 4, 1960. They celebrated with a party at the Bellport Country Club. Michael is retired from the Long Island Rail Road. Jeannette is retired from the Town of Islip. They have four sons and seven grandchildren.

THELMA AND MARVIN

WEINSTEIN of Mount Sinai were married May 29, 1960, in Brooklyn. They celebrated by renewing their vows at East Northport Jewish Center. Marvin is a retired New York City plumbing teacher who now teaches plumbing part-time at Nassau BOCES. Thelma retired as congregation secretary at East Northport Jewish Center. They have two children, a daughter-in-law and three grandsons.

LIA AND ENZO VOLPICELLA of Dix Hills celebrated June 13 with a trip to Montauk with their daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. Lia is retired from Western Suffolk BOCES in Dix Hills. Enzo is a retired hairdresser. A Mediterranean cruise is planned.
