ANNA AND JOHN FLYNN of West Islip were wed June 16, 1951. They celebrated with a Mass presided by Bishop William Murphy at St. Lawrence the Martyr Church in Sayville and a family dinner at Lily Flanagan's in Babylon. They met as neighbors in St. Albans. John retired from the New York City Police Department, the Army National Guard and as Santa from Whitestone Savings & Loan Co. Anna is a homemaker and child-care provider. They have seven children, 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

BARBARA AND GEORGE

HEMPFLING of Selden celebrated June 10 by renewing their vows with Bishop William Murphy officiating at St. Lawrence the Martyr Church in Sayville. The celebration continued with a dinner at Sonoma Grill in Holbrook with family and friends. They also took a land and cruise vacation to Alaska. The couple met in Massapequa High School. They have one son and one grandson.

MARTINA AND KEVIN MCCANN of Deer Park celebrated June 24 with a dinner party at Papa Joe's Italian Restaurant in Deer Park. Martina is a retired paraprofessional with the Dix Hills School District. Kevin is a retired bricklayer and past president of Local 34 International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen. They have four children and eight grandchildren.

PAULA AND DR. TERRY SCHEID of Great River were wed July 4, 1971. They celebrated in Orlando, Fla., with their four children and seven grandchildren. Terry has an optometric office in Merrick and teaches at the SUNY College of Optometry in Manhattan. Paula is the practice's office manager.

LORETTA AND LEE SINNICKSON of Center Moriches were wed July 18, 1971. They celebrated with a party at Casa Basso in Westhampton. Lee is a U.S. Army veteran who served in Vietnam. They have two children and two granddaughters. They enjoy camping, traveling and spending time with family.

BONNIE AND STUART SOMAN of Bay Shore were wed July 1, 1973. They celebrated with a trip to Charleston, S.C. Bonnie is the director of the Speech and Hearing Center at Adelphi University. Stuart is a retired technology teacher at West Hempstead High School. They have two children and three grandchildren.
