MARIE AND JIM ALBANESE of Amityville were wed June 16, 1946, in Bellerose, Queens. They celebrated their anniversary and Marie's 85th birthday at a surprise party hosted by one of their grandchildren. Jim was a POW during World War II. He is a retired longshoreman. Marie is a homemaker. They have two children, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

ANNA AND JOHN FLYNN of West Islip were wed June 16, 1951. They celebrated with a Mass by Bishop William Murphy at St. Lawrence Church in Sayville and a family dinner at Lily Flanagan's in Babylon. They met as neighbors in St. Albans. John retired from the New York City Police Department, The Army National Guard and as Santa from Whitestone Savings & Loan Co. Anna is a homemaker and child-care provider. They have seven children, 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

PAULINE AND ANTHONY AUGENBLICK of Bay Shore were wed June 18, 1961. They celebrated with dinner at The Snapper Inn in Oakdale and a family cruise to the Bahamas. Anthony is retired from Grumman in Great River. Pauline retired from Pilgrim State Psychiatric Hospital in Brentwood. They have three sons and six grandchildren.

MARTINA AND KEVIN MCCANN of Deer Park celebrated June 24 with a dinner party at Papa Joe's Italian Restaurant in Deer Park. Martina is a retired paraprofessional with the Dix Hills School District. Kevin is a retired bricklayer and past president of Local 34 International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen. They have four children and eight grandchildren.

DOLORES AND WILLIAM P. TUCKER of Huntington were wed June 10, 1961, by Dolores' brother, a priest at St. Jean Baptiste Church in Manhattan. They celebrated with a family luncheon at Panama Hatties in Huntington. William is a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Korean War. He is a retired attorney, author, lecturer on the JFK assassination and is part-owner of a minor-league baseball team. Dolores is a homemaker and enjoys gardening. They have three children and seven grandchildren.

MARIA AND FRANK SOCCI of West Babylon were wed June 13, 1981, at St. Boniface R.C. Church in Elmont. Frank is a product specialist for Thermo Fischer Scientific now working as a remote employee. Maria is a self-employed legal transcriptionist. They have two children.
