Two robberies at Nassau nursery
Nassau police and their Crime Stoppers department are looking for a man wanted in two grand larceny cases in Glen Head.
At about 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 24, and again at about the same time on Saturday, May 1, the man stole one Stihl Cut Quick saw each time from the Big Valley Nursery, located at 532 Cedar Swamp Rd, say police.
Police report the man drove an older-model gray two-door car with a partial plate number of 588. The car had damage at the back and a plastic covering on the rear window.
