Wanted: Bar robbery; Drustore burglary

Nassau police are looking for a man who took cash registers and other equipment from an Elmont bar.

Police say that at about 4:58 p.m. Friday, June 17, the suspect broke into Kave Bar and Grill, located at 519 Meacham Ave., by breaking through the front glass door. He then took two cash registers which contained $400, and a dell computer hard drive and iPad, police said.

The suspect, as seen on surveillance tape, is described by police as having a thin build, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, wearing a Yankee baseball hat and T-shirt.

Suffolk police are looking for two men in an East Northport drugstore burglary.

At about 6:15 p.m. on June 18, the two suspects took merchandise from a CVS Pharmacy located at 2000 Jericho Turnpike, including Allegra medicine and Crest White Strips, and stuffed the items in a large shopping bag before leaving the store. They left in a 4-door gray Mazda with the number "3" somewhere on the New York license plate.
