Nassau police and their Crime Stoppers department are looking for a man suspected of identity theft.

Between 9:46 p.m. April 3 and 11:50 p.m. April 8, police say a victim's credit card was illegally used to make purchases by another person. Police say the person using the cards, pictured in surveillance photos, used the card in several stores in New York and New Jersey.

Suffolk police are looking for Jonathan Menjivar.

Menjivar, 25, is wanted on two outstanding warrants, one for driving while intoxicated and another for grand larceny for stealing $3,000 from another person.

Menjivar is 5-feet-2 and about 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Police say his last known address was on Winthrop Road in Brentwood.
