After more than a year, Nassau police are still looking for the killer or killers of a man allegedly murdered in Hempstead.

At about 5 a.m. on March 29, 2008, Roosevelt resident Andre Chambers, who was 23 at the time of his death, was shot in the head and killed at "The Basement," an after-hours social club at 38 Linden Place in Hempstead.

Police are offering a substantial cash reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.
