Nassau police are looking for a man involved in two suspicious incidents in Levittown.
Around 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 8, a man drove slowly down Miller Place Road near the Island Trees High School, following a student, while driving a new model white van. On Oct. 21, another student reported the same van and driver driving slowly alongside the student.
The man is described as being in his mid-forties with a heavy build, medium complexion, short dark hair and dark mustache and beard. The van might have a small, round window in the rear of the driver's side. The suspect also might have been driving a gold, 4-door Lincoln with peeling paint during a similar occurrence at another time.
