Allison Christine Rigels and Erik Franklyn Nilsen were married Oct. 22 at Notre Dame Church in New Hyde Park. The reception was at The Fox Hollow in Woodbury. She is a senior marketing manager for The Institute for International Research in Manhattan and is the daughter of Janet Rigels of New Hyde Park. The bridegroom is a senior coordinator for the baseball assistance team at Major League Baseball in Manhattan and the son of Vivian and George Nilsen of New Paltz. The bride earned a bachelor of science degree from St. John's University Peter J. Tobin College of Business. The groom earned a bachelor of science degree from York College of Pennsylvania. They live in Astoria, Queens.
