Altagracia B. Pierre and Lindrick A. Outerbridge were married Dec. 24 at City Hall in New York. She is a student and the daughter of Rosemarie Valentin of Elmont and the late Max Andre Pierre. The bridegroom is a teacher for the New York City Board of Education in Brooklyn and is the son of Camnine Miller of Queens and the late Arthur Lindrick Outerbridge. The bride earned a juris doctorate from CUNY Law School and is pursuing an MBA in taxation from Baruch College. The groom earned a master's degree in education from St. John's University. They live in Valley Stream.
