She is a registered nurse for Surgical Care Affiliates in Greensboro, N.C., and is the daughter of Donna and Tony Cook of Reidsville, N.C. The bridegroom is a physician assistant for Orthopedic Trauma Specialists in Greensboro and is the son of Kathy Paul of West Islip and Richard Paul of Great River. The bride earned a bachelor's degree from Winston-Salem University. The groom earned a master's degree from Quinnipiac University. They live in Reidsville.
