Ashley R. Fortunato and Ryan J. Schaible were married July 8 at the Royal Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico, with a reception following. She is a teacher and is the daughter of Jenny and Paul Fortunato of South Setauket. The bridegroom is a sales associate for State Farm Insurance in Islip and is the son of Christine and John Schaible of Hillsdale. The bride earned a master's degree in education from Dowling College. The groom earned a bachelor's degree from SUNY Oneonta. They live in Dix Hills.
