Ashley Jacqueline Taylor and Salvatore Giovanni Meccariello were wed May 27 at St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish in Hicksville. The reception was at Carlyle on the Green in Bethpage State Park. She is an RN for Stony Brook University Medical Center and is the daughter of Penny and Douglas Foss of Somers and the late Henry Vinton Taylor. The bridegroom is a project manager for North Atlantic Communications in Plainview and the son of Giovanni Meccariello of Hicksville and the late Carmela Maccariello. The bride earned a bachelor's in nursing from Stony Brook University. The groom earned a bachelor's in sociology from Stony Brook. They live in Farmingdale.
