Danielle Kaye and John Davis were married on Nov. 9 at St. Joseph's Church in Hewlett. The reception was at Carlyle on the Green in Farmingdale. She is a special-education teacher for the New York City Department of Education and is the daughter of Patricia and Thomas Wargas of Lynbrook and Daniel Kaye of Valley Stream. The bridegroom is a New York City police officer and is the son of Kathleen and John Davis of Wantagh. The bride earned a master of science in childhood education and special education from LIU Post. The groom attended Nassau Community College. They live in Lynbrook.
