Dawn Shea and Billy Steffens were married on Sept. 14 at Quogue Village Beach Club, with a reception following. She is manager of Agave's restaurant in Westhampton Beach and is the daughter of Tammy Shea of East Quogue and Ed and Stephanie Shea of East Quogue. The bridegroom works for Eastern Suffolk BOCES and is the son of Kit Steffens of Medford. The bride graduated from Westhampton Beach High School. The groom graduated from Bellport High School. They live in Speonk.
