The bride, office manager for Young Mariners Foundation in Stamford, Conn., is the daughter of Barbara Simpson of Farmingdale and the late John Simpson. The groom, a watchmaker for Breitling in Wilton, Conn., is the son of Victoria and Ronald Koch of Rockville Centre. The bride holds a bachelor's degree from SUNY Plattsburgh; the groom has a WOSTEP certificate from Watch Technology Institute, North Seattle Community College. They live in Darien, Conn.
