The bridegroom was a census technician in Paraguay and is the son of Pablino Peralta and Ceveriana Baez of Limpio, Paraguay. The bride is pursuing a master's degree in teaching English as a second language from Monterey Institute of International Studies. The groom is studying English. They live in Monterey, Calif.
