She is a special-education teacher for the New York City Department of Education and is the daughter of Kathleen Casolaro of Port Washington and Arthur Ridgwell of Garden City Park. The bridegroom is a Suffolk County police officer and is the son of Elizabeth and Cesar Quinones of New Hyde Park. The bride earned a bachelor's in psychology from Sacred Heart University and a master's in education from Hofstra University. The groom earned a bachelor's in athletic training and sports medicine from East Stroudsburg University. They live in Suffolk County.
