She is a senior associate with Katz Lawyers Pc in Manhattan and is the daughter of Margaret and Daniel McGauley of Nesconset. The bridegroom is a sports information director for John Jay College and is the son of Charlotte and Michael Damon Sr. of Astoria. The bride earned a bachelor of arts, a master of arts and a juris doctorate from St. John's University. The groom earned a bachelor of arts from SUNY Cortland. They live in Maspeth.
