The bride is a Virginia State trooper and is the daughter of Steven and Mary Corbett of Floral Park. The bridegroom is a Virginia state trooper and is the son of Gary Cooper of Jonesborough, Tenn., and the late Susan Cooper. The bride graduated from Floral Park Memorial High School and earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from James Madison University. The groom graduated from David Crockett High School in Jonesborough, Tenn., and earned a bachelor's degree and master's degree in criminal justice from East Tennessee State University. They live in Haymarket, Va.
