Kimberly S. Smith and Robert F. Larkin were married Oct. 3 at St. Peter's Church in Plattsburgh. The reception was at the Valcour Conference Center. She is a financial counselor for Fletcher Allen Healthcare in Burlington, Vt., and is the daughter of Teresa and Richard C. Smith of Smithtown. The bridegroom works for the State of Vermont in the Office of Vermont Health Access and is the son of Geralyn and Richard S. Larkin of Rome, N.Y. The bride and groom each earned a bachelor of arts from SUNY Plattsburgh. They live in Burlington.
