The bridegroom is vice president of risk and due diligence for Nexar Capital Group in Manhattan and is the son of Rachel and Alex Shapiro of East Meadow. The bride earned a bachelor's degree in business economics from Loyola University in Baltimore. The groom earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Binghamton University. They live in Manhattan.
