Laura Rose Sargent and Michael John Yarosz were married on Aug. 3 at St. William the Abbot Church in Seaford. The reception was at The Woodlands in Woodbury. She is a teacher for the New York City Board of Education and is the daughter of Lucia and Joseph Sargent of Islip Terrace. The bridegroom is a teacher in Seaford and is the son of Diane Yarosz of Islip. The bride earned a bachelor's degree from Adelphi University and a master's degree from Dowling College. The groom earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from St. Joseph's University. They live in Islip.
