She is a member programs specialist for Consumer Electronics Association in Arlington, Va., and is the daughter of Debra and Christopher Goodman of Chantilly, Va. The bridegroom is a research associate for the American Institutes for Research in Washington and is the son of Christine and Vincent Bianco of Rice, Va., formerly of West Sayville. The bride earned a bachelor of arts in communications and journalism from Virginia Wesleyan College. The groom earned a bachelor of arts in political science and philosophy from Virginia Wesleyan College. They live in Arlington.
