She is a medical assistant and is the daughter of Mary and Gerard Burlandi of Deer Park. The bridegroom is an accountant and is the son of Karen and Steven Calder of Deer Park. The bride earned a bachelor of science degree in business from Farmingdale State College. The groom earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Hofstra University. They live in Deer Park.
