Prachi Modi and Ryan Burke were married Oct. 9 at St. Lawrence the Martyr Church in Sayville. A Hindu wedding celebration was Oct. 10 at Pier 60 in Manhattan. She is an emergency medicine physician in Austin, Texas, and is the daughter of Dulari and Mahendra Modi of Bellerose. The bridegroom is an emergency medicine physician in Austin and is the son of Patricia and Barry Burke of West Sayville. Both the bride and groom graduated from Stony Brook School of Medicine. They live in Austin.
