Rachel Brandenberger and David Matthews were married March 6 at Oceanside Jewish Center with a reception following. She is a special-education teacher for the Baldwin School District and is the daughter of Pamela and Peter Brandenberger of Bellmore. The bridegroom is a digital events manager for The Nielsen Co. in Manhattan and the son of Sharon and Ian Matthews of Dix Hills. The bride earned a bachelor of science degree in education from University of Delaware and a master's in education from Hofstra University. The groom earned a bachelor's degree in business from Flagler College.
