Sara Beth Spector and Frank Joseph Huwer were married Oct. 24 at Westbury Manor with a reception following. She is an earth science teacher for William Floyd High School in Mastic Beach and is the daughter of Rochelle and Mark Spector of Holbrook. The bridegroom is an assistant signalman for the Long Island Rail Road and is the son of Diane and Frank Huwer of Central Islip. The bride earned a master's degree in adolescent science education from Dowling College. The groom graduated from Central Islip High School. They live in Rocky Point.
