She works in the human resources department of a Manhattan law firm and is the daughter of Carol and Joel Bernstein of Oyster Bay Cove. The bridegroom is a freelance copywriter and the son of Carol Glenn and David Upright of Sparta, N.J. The bride earned a bachelor of arts degree from Hofstra University. The groom earned a bachelor of arts from Manhattanville College. They live in Manhattan.
