Tara Pellegrino and Joseph Scariza were wed Nov. 13 at St. Michael's Church in North Andover, Mass. The reception was at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel. She is the daughter of Nancy and Dennis Pellegrino of North Andover. The bridegroom is a traffic engineer for Greenman-Pedersen Inc. in Babylon and is the son of Joseph and Rosalie Scariza of Smithtown. The bride earned a master's and PhD in political science from Boston University. The groom earned a bachelor's in civil engineering from University of Rhode Island and a master's in transportation engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. They live in Ronkonkoma.
