Yonette Laing and Lawrence Hollingsworth Jr. were married on Aug. 19 at The Coral House in Baldwin, with a reception following. She is the daughter of Yvonne and Lennox Laing of Guyana. The bridegroom is a U.S. Army sergeant and a firefighter for the New York City Fire Department and is the son of Carol Frazer of Brooklyn and Lawrence Hollingsworth Sr. of Guyana. They live in Freeport.
