Adele Kuczmarski of Manhasset was recently named as Coldwell Banker Residential's top associate in Nassau County for 2010 and was given the company's International Presidents Premier, and honor bestowed upon the top 1 percent of the company's associates nationwide. Kuczmarski is an associate broker in the Manhasset-Port Washington regional office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Long Island and Queens and is credited with brokering the company's largest transaction last year. She is also co-president of the AHRC's Manhasset chapter.
