Adrienne Giannone of Smithtown received the 2011 Next Generation Entrepreneur Award from the Long Island Technology Hall of Fame for contributions to the Island's science and technology communities. She's president, founder and chief executive of Edge Electronics in Bohemia, which has been in business for 20 years. She's also a board member of Long Island Software & Technology Network, a supporter of Make-a-Wish Foundation and a sponsor of an annual Huntington Breast Cancer Coalition golf outing.
