Allen Jeremias of Huntington was named one of 10 national fellows for the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions' first Emerging Leader Mentorship Program. He's an associate professor of medicine at Stony Brook University School of Medicine, director of vascular medicine and peripheral intervention for Stony Brook University Heart Center, and director of Stony Brook University Medical Center's cardiac intensive care unit and cardiac care unit. As a fellow, he will provide dedicated cardiology training three times a year at major scientific conferences over the next two years.
